Practical engineering
We focus on real machines, real parts, and hands-on problem solving.
EasyFab • Modern Metal Fabrication
We are building a manufacturing platform that connects software, CNC machines, embedded electronics, and hands-on fabrication to produce precise metal structures with repeatable quality.
About EasyFab
EasyFab is a workshop-led engineering company developing modern tools, machines, and workflows for metal fabrication. We combine mechanical design, machine assembly, embedded electronics, and software to make fabrication more dependable, more automated, and easier to scale.
We focus on real machines, real parts, and hands-on problem solving.
From alignment to tolerances, we care about repeatable accuracy.
We connect machines, electronics, and software into integrated workflows.
Mission & vision
EasyFab is focused on the systems behind better fabrication: the machines, controls, software, and workshop methods that make quality repeatable.

Capabilities we are building
EasyFab brings together mechanical, electrical, and software thinking to improve how metal structures are designed, built, controlled, and repeated.
Products
EasyFab is shaping product initiatives around the two layers needed for repeatable fabrication: the app layer that organizes the work, and the CNC layer that helps machines execute it.
A software product direction for turning drawings, CAD information, fabrication requirements, and workshop feedback into clearer metal fabrication workflows.
A CNC product direction focused on machine systems that process both sheet metals and tubes through motion control, embedded electronics, calibration, and reliable machine-assisted fabrication.
Product app
The easyfab-metals app is the software layer for organizing fabrication work: drawings, CAD context, material decisions, build steps, quality notes, and workshop feedback. It is designed to make metal structure fabrication easier to plan, repeat, and scale.
Keep drawings, material notes, dimensions, and fabrication requirements in one practical workflow.
Translate CAD and drawing information into steps that are easier to review, repeat, and improve.
Capture workshop learning so prototypes can become clearer, more scalable fabrication processes.

CNC product
easyfab-cnc is the machine-side product direction for CNC systems used to process both sheet metals and tubes. The focus is controlled motion, embedded electronics, calibration, machine feedback, and practical workflows that help fabrication become more repeatable.
The CNC workflow is being shaped around flat sheet operations and tube operations, so the same manufacturing platform can support structural parts, frames, profiles, holes, and repeatable machine passes.
CNC images and videos in action
Image view for flat sheet cutting, drilling, marking, or profile operations.
Image view for tube positioning, profile cuts, holes, and repeatable tube workflows.
Video view for machine movement, toolpath execution, and controlled fabrication passes.
Video view for showing how sheet metal and tube jobs move through the CNC process.
easyfab-metals
easyfab-metals is our current platform initiative for making metal fabrication more reliable, automated, and repeatable. The project focuses on connecting design workflows, CNC machinery, embedded control, and practical workshop processes into one scalable fabrication system.
Integrated system map
Move from drawings and CAD information toward clear fabrication steps.
Use CNC systems and controlled machine processes to improve repeatability.
Integrate motors, drivers, sensors, and microcontrollers into practical machine control.
Create repeatable methods that can grow from prototypes to structured production.
Process
The workflow stays grounded in real constraints, then loops through design, machine control, testing, and repeatable workshop methods.
Define the structure, machine requirement, tolerance, and fabrication constraints.
Translate the idea into CAD, drawings, mechanisms, and build plans.
Build and test real machine or fabrication components.
Add wiring, sensors, motors, drivers, and embedded control where automation is needed.
Troubleshoot accuracy, vibration, alignment, and repeatability.
Turn working prototypes into repeatable fabrication workflows.
